Integrative Psychiatry & Medication Management in Fort Collins, CO
Willow Integrative Health provides personalized psychiatric care for adults in Fort Collins, Northern Colorado, and throughout Colorado. Care is available via telehealth for adults seeking support with ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, and women's mental health.
A More Thoughtful Approach to Psychiatric Care
Mental health is rarely shaped by one factor alone. Effective psychiatric care starts with understanding the full picture- your symptoms, medical history, daily life, stressors, sleep, physical health, and what matters most to you.
At Willow Integrative Health, psychiatric care is collaborative and individualized. Treatment is grounded in evidence-based psychiatry while also considering the broader factors that can influence mental and emotional well-being.
Rather than focusing only on symptom reduction, the goal is to understand what may be contributing to how you feel and develop a treatment plan that is both clinically sound and realistic for your life.
We are currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Carelon, and Cigna in Colorado. Private-pay appointments are also available.
Psychiatric Services for Adults in Colorado
-
Comprehensive Evaluations
Initial evaluations provide time to explore your current concerns, history, lifestyle, strengths, and goals. This comprehensive assessment helps establish an accurate understanding of your symptoms and guides an individualized treatment plan.

-
Medication Management
Medication treatment decisions are made collaboratively and thoughtfully. Follow-up visits allow us to evaluate effectiveness, monitor side effects, make adjustments when needed, and ensure your treatment continues to align with your goals.

-
Integrative Psychiatric Care
Mental and physical health are deeply connected. Care may also consider sleep, nutrition, stress, lifestyle, medical conditions, targeted laboratory evaluation, and nutritional supplementation alongside conventional psychiatric treatment.

Areas of Focus
-
ADHD in adulthood can affect far more than attention. Difficulties with organization, follow-through, time management, motivation, working memory, and emotional regulation can make everyday responsibilities feel unnecessarily difficult.
Willow Integrative Health provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and treatment for adults experiencing ADHD symptoms, including medication management when clinically appropriate.
-
Anxiety may show up as persistent worry, overthinking, physical tension, irritability, difficulty relaxing, sleep disruption, or feeling as though your mind rarely turns off.
Treatment is individualized based on your symptoms, history, and goals and may include medication management alongside recommendations for therapy and supportive lifestyle strategies.
-
Depression does not always look like profound sadness. It may present as low motivation, emotional exhaustion, irritability, difficulty concentrating, loss of interest, or simply not feeling like yourself.
Care focuses on understanding both your symptoms and the broader factors that may be contributing to them.
-
Hormonal and reproductive transitions can have a meaningful impact on emotional and cognitive well-being.
Willow Integrative Health provides psychiatric care for women navigating mood and anxiety concerns, including symptoms arising during the postpartum period, perimenopause, and menopause.
-
Sometimes you can continue meeting every responsibility while quietly feeling depleted.
For adults who appear to be functioning well but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or increasingly unable to keep up internally, psychiatric care can help identify what is contributing and determine the most appropriate path forward.
