Willow Integrative Health is a private-pay, out-of-network practice. We do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide a superbill upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Yes. Appointments are conducted by secure telehealth. You must be physically located in a state where we are licensed at the time of your appointment.

We provide psychiatric care for adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, stress, burnout, and women’s mental health concerns.

Yes. When clinically appropriate, treatment may include psychiatric medication management along with lifestyle, sleep, stress, and wellness-focused recommendations.

Stimulants may be considered when clinically appropriate after a full evaluation. Prior diagnosis, treatment history, symptom screening, safety considerations, and state prescribing requirements are reviewed.

We generally do not initiate long-term benzodiazepine therapy for anxiety or insomnia. If you are currently prescribed one, we will review your history and discuss whether continuing, tapering, or transitioning to another treatment is the safest and most appropriate option based on your individual needs.

Visits may include supportive, therapy-informed interventions, psychoeducation, and skills-based strategies. We do not provide weekly psychotherapy as a standalone service.

No. Willow Integrative Health is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, call 988, go to the nearest emergency department, or call 911.

You will complete intake forms, review practice policies, and provide payment information before your visit.

Yes, HSA/FSA cards are generally accepted if your plan allows psychiatric care expenses.
