Investing In Health
We believe thoughtful mental health care takes time. Our practice is intentionally structured to allow for longer visits, individualized treatment, and a whole-person approach that goes beyond medication alone.
Visits are private pay, which allows flexibility in care and avoids the limitations often imposed by insurance-based models. Many patients choose this approach for the depth, continuity, and personalization it offers.
We Are a Self-Pay Practice
We believe in transparent, personalized care that prioritizes quality, flexibility, and connection. We operate as an out-of-network practice to maintain the highest level of clinical autonomy and individualized attention. This allows for longer visits, comprehensive and integrative treatment, and direct collaboration without insurance restrictions.

No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimates
Under the No Surprises Act, patients who do not have insurance or who choose not to use their insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of the expected cost of their medical care.
A Good Faith Estimate explains the expected charges for services that are reasonably anticipated based on the information available at the time it is provided. Actual charges may vary if your treatment needs change.
You have the right to:
Receive a Good Faith Estimate before your scheduled service or upon request.
Ask questions about your estimate before receiving care.
Dispute a bill if it is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, as permitted under federal law.
Because psychiatric care is individualized, future treatment recommendations and the total cost of care cannot always be predicted in advance. Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.
