The science of psychiatry, the art of whole-person care.
Personalized psychiatric care for adults in Colorado and North Carolina navigating ADHD, anxiety, mood concerns, women's mental health, and the quiet overwhelm that others don't always see.
You Might Be Here Because…
✓ From the outside, everything looks fine, but internally, it feels harder than it should
✓ You struggle with focus, follow-through, or mental clarity in a way that’s frustrating
✓ Your mind doesn’t slow down, even when you’re trying to rest
✓ You’ve sought help before, but didn’t feel fully understood or supported
✓ You’re high-functioning, but it takes more effort than anyone realizes to keep it together
Who We Work With:
We specialize in adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress/burnout, postpartum mental health, and the emotional and cognitive shifts of perimenopausal and postmenopausal transitions. Our work is especially focused on those who appear to be functioning well on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally. We welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences.
We provide telehealth psychiatric care for adults throughout North Carolina and Colorado.
A More Thoughtful Approach
Care here is grounded in psychiatry, while looking more broadly at the factors that shape how you feel day to day- sleep, stress, nutrition, and overall health.

✓ Collaborative visits with space to reflect, process, and feel fully understood
✓ A whole-person approach that integrates sleep, nutrition, stress, and lifestyle
